Teatro Paraguas' SWRTP to Launch 2013 Tour with DEADWOOD DUET and LOVE'S LONELY HIGHWAY, June-July 2013 (5/23/2013) - Teatro Paraguas' Southwest Rural Theatre Project launches its 2013 tour with two world premieres at Santa Fe's Teatro Paraguas: Deadwood Duet and Love's Lonely Highway.

The Adobe Theater to Stage Neil Simon's LOST IN YONKERS, Beg. 6/28 (5/21/2013) - Yonkers, NY is city just north of the Bronx, where playwright Neil Simon was born on the 4th of July, 85 years ago. He has chronicled family life in the Great Depression and after in a series of prize-winning plays, musicals and films. His frequent theme shows 'likeable people in difficult situations.' His 1991 Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy, 'Lost In Yonkers,' will be presented at the ADOBE Theater for four weekends, starting June 28. Director Heather Lovick-Tolley chose to direct this somewhat painful comedy in celebration of Simon's longevity as a celebrated American playwright.

Adobe Theater Presents Ken Ludwig's LEND ME A TENOR, Now thru 6/9 (5/17/2013) - Lend Me a Tenor by Ken Ludwig, directed by Jane and Cy Hoffman, opens tonight, May 17 at the ADOBE Theater.

Taos, NM Launches New Season of Free Summer Concerts (5/3/2013) - Beginning on Thursday, May 23, the historic Taos Plaza will transform into a summer concert venue every Thursday night as the 2013 season of Taos Plaza Live! launches featuring free, all-ages concerts. Taos Plaza Live! continues through Sept. 5, 2013.

Aux Dog Theatre Brings VENUS IN FUR to Teatro Paraguas, Now thru 5/5 (5/3/2013) - Aux Dog Theatre Nob Hill, Albuquerque's most exciting producer of new work, is transferring its highly successful production of the 2012 Tony Nominated Best Play Venus in Fur to Teatro Paraguas for one weekend only: tonight, May 3 through Sunday may 5. The Santa Fe engagement follows a string of rave reviews from its Albuquerque run which closed on March 31.

BWW Reviews: Fusion Theatre Co. Presents HUMBLE BOY (4/29/2013) - I have a great deal of respect and admiration for the Fusion Theatre Company. Their productions are highly professional, well produced and consistently deliver good, solid theatrical entertainment. So it pains me considerably to have to say that HUMBLE BOY, which opened at the Cell Theatre on April 25, falls disappointingly short of the mark.
