Kids in the Rotunda, Madison's favorite, family-friendly, FREE Saturday arts performance series, kicks off its 2023/24 season on Overture Center's Rotunda stage, starting with a returning favorite, David Landau, on Saturday, Oct. 7. This year's series includes 30 fun-filled Saturdays along with two special holiday events: Ken Lonnquist on Wednesday, Oct. 25 and Cash Box Kings on Friday, Nov. 24.

The Morris Museum will launch its new Inside Cinema Film Series on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 10:00AM in the Bickford Theatre. During this season, this film series will focus on film Noir, and will be hosted monthly by David Landau, a professor of film at Fairleigh Dickinson University.  For each screening there will be a discussion with David before the film to provide further insights.

The Morris Museum has announced the 2018-19 season in its Bickford Theatre, adventuring into new programming directions, while continuing to support live theatre and jazz. Notable, new additions this season include an expanded program of documentary and classic film, storytelling workshops, a public lecture series, and a new relationship with National Theatre London. Overture Center's Kids in the Rotunda offers a diverse lineup of local and regional performers and educators, selected exclusively for children and their families at no cost. The program will continue during the summer with scheduled events that are free and open to the public.

Award-winning filmmaker Caytha Jentis (Bad Parents, And Then Came Love) just launched a vibrant new series which is now streaming on Amazon Prime. Jentis' series, The Other F Word, is at the fingertips of moms who are struggling an empty nest, and need a character driven show to get hooked on.

An engaging spoof of Casablanca-style detective films, 'Murder at Cafe Noir' is a suitably wacky, everyone's-a-suspect caper in which the audience eventually chooses the guilty party.

Forty-four works in glass by renowned Italian architect Carlo Scarpa—created during his 15-year collaboration with Venini Glassworks in Venice between 1932 and 1947—have been donated by Dr. David Landau and his wife Marie-Rose Kahane to The Metropolitan Museum of Art, where they will join the collection of the Department of Modern and Contemporary Art. All of the works were on view recently at the Museum in the exhibitionVenetian Glass by Carlo Scarpa: The Venini Company, 1932–1947.

As a pioneer of the Miami Design District's art scene, Bernard Markowicz has been hosting opening exhibit events every year during Art Basel Week at his gallery, Markowicz Fine Art. This year he is presenting 'The Art Garden', a public installation of monumental sculptures by Israeli-French artist Idan Zareski from his 'Big Foot Family' series, featuring three of Zareski's signature gigantic sculptures, at an empty lot that will be transformed into an art showcase for everyone to enjoy.

For Eric Sommer fans, it's going to get a little hotter in the Northeast this summer.

The prestigious Malton Gallery presents the Abstract Illumination Series by award winning self-taught artist David Landau (American, b. 1984), comprising of over 75 works, including the artist's renowned 'Column of Light' installation that includes over 20 reverse painted illuminated art glass paintings. Organized by Malton Gallery owner and curator Sylvia Rombis, David Landau: Light Matters is on view in the main gallery through May 15, 2013.
